Throughout my academic and professional career, I have been captivated by the field of strategic decision-making in corporations. Over the past 14 years, I have held various roles such as CFO and COO in small and medium-sized technology companies, Head of Corporate Development and M&A in multinational corporations, and Investment Director in private equity. I have successfully developed and executed numerous strategic growth and profitability initiatives. I began my career as a strategy consultant and senior manager of corporate strategy, specializing in corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and venture capital.

In addition to my roles as an investor and strategic advisor, I pursue my passion for research as a Visiting Research Fellow at Harvard University in the field of strategic decision-making in capital markets. Previously, I completed my post-doctoral studies at the University of Oxford, where I developed financial models for quantifying sustainability strategies. Before that, during my doctoral studies at the University of Heidelberg and Harvard University, I investigated the strategic and financial decision-making behavior of executives, investment banks, and investors in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

 

Furthermore, I teach courses in Bachelor, Master, and Executive MBA programs, including "Strategy Development and Implementation" and "Mergers & Acquisitions." Additionally, I am passionate about mentoring and guiding exceptionally talented and intellectually curious young scholars at the high school and bachelor level in dedicated programs (Cambridge Centre for International Research), fostering their early exploration of academic research and entrepreneurship.
